Pet Policy
Fury Friends, Welcome!
A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay will be charged prior to checkout to cover costs of cleaning services. In addition, your account will be charged for the repair/replacement of any damage caused by your pet. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom. We welcome all dogs under 50 pounds and like the buddy system of no more than two (2) pets per guestroom.
Pets must never be left unattended and must be leashed, caged or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel.
Please be sure to place the “Pet In Room” sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in the room. For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, (b) you are present to monitor your pet.
We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior.
Smoke Free Policy
We are committed to the well-being of our guests. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the hotel.
The smoke-free policy applies to our guestrooms, Alto Bajo, meeting rooms, and public spaces. The use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and related products are also prohibited.
A $250 Room Recovery Fee will be assessed if guests violate the smoke-free policy.
